SOLMACH Solar & Electrical Appliance Testing specializes in the safety checking of electrical appliances to Australian Standard AS/NZS3760. Our qualified test and tag technicians come to your workplace to inspect your electrical appliances and tools. Appliances are bar-coded, given a thorough visual inspection, tested with a Portable Appliance Tester, then tagged accordingly. The results of the appliance inspection and testing are recorded electronically into our Asset Register Database. On completion we provide you with a comprehensive Appliance Test Log or Asset Register, in hard copy as well as a digital copy, which is your written record of every appliance inspected.

In order to comply with the latest Government Legislation, all appliances within all places of work, need to be Tested and Tagged regularly to adhere to and comply with the current Australian Standards AS/NZS 3760: 2003
Every place of work is different and so is the frequency of Electrical Safety Testing. It all depends on the environment in which the Appliances are being used.
For most work places that use power boards, extension leads, power supplies, laptops and laptop power supplies; appliances should undergo Electrical Safety Testing once every twelve months.

Routine electronic testing and measuring of RCD's is critical to ensuring the safety of your workplace.
Each appliance tested will be labeled with a barcode and recorded against that Asset ID.
